On August 1st, we’ll be enjoying a little yang, a little yin and a lot of delicious vegan food at a very special spot called Xoài, overlooking the gorgeous rice fields of An My.
During this day retreat, we’ll stretch and challenge the body with an energising Pranayama & Flow class. Then, after a nourishing lunch, we’ll enjoy a wind-down Yin & Meditation to relax and let go of any leftover tension.
All levels are very welcome – this day is for anyone who’s in need of some self-care!

It’s been a challenging few months, and you’re bound to have felt anxious at some point – or to still feel stressed about your loved ones now. You may need some time alone to reflect on this feelings, and to learn tools to help you cope with times of stress.
