A Mindful Mini-Break

Join me on May 30th for a one-night yoga and meditation staycation. In the peaceful grounds of Hoi An’s AN Villa, you can find a safe space away from the stresses of the world outside,  to ‘retreat’ into yourself.

It’s been a challenging few months, and you’re bound to have felt anxious at some point – or to still feel stressed about your loved ones now. You may need some time alone to reflect on this feelings, and to learn tools to help you cope with times of stress.

Enjoy some yoga, meditation, pool time and delicious vegetarian food (vegan and gf options available) and treat yourself to 24 hours of self-care.

Don’t worry, your partner/kids can survive without you for that long! Use some precious ‘you time’ to recharge and restore. You deserve it. And frankly, L’Oreal had it right: You’re worth it!
