On August 1st, we’ll be enjoying a little yang, a little yin and a lot of delicious vegan food at a very special spot called Xoài, overlooking the gorgeous rice fields of An My. 

During this day retreat, we’ll stretch and challenge the body with an energising Pranayama & Flow class. Then, after a nourishing lunch, we’ll enjoy a wind-down Yin & Meditation to relax and let go of any leftover tension.

All levels are very welcome – this day is for anyone who’s in need of some self-care!

Stressed after a busy week? Need to unwind and know a bottle of wine probably isn’t the best way to do it?!

Then join me on Friday 14th of August, in the lovely outdoor yoga shala at AN Villa. Where the focus is on your wellbeing, on helping you forget the week that’s passed or the weekend ahead while you enjoy this very special practice.

You’ve spent all week doing and planning and striving – now it’s time to simply “be”, to breathe deeply, stretch softly and journey into yourself.

5.30pm–7.30pm ↔ Monthly Event

  • Yin Yoga works with the connective tissue (fascia) in the body to improve flexibility, ease injuries and relieve tension/tightness
  • Yoga nidra involves simply lying down and being led through a relaxing guided meditation/visualisation. Think of it like a lullaby – it’s ok if you fall asleep!
  • Both practices are suitable for beginners: (To yoga and/or meditation.) When combined, they help to calm your body AND mind with very little effort. You’ll leave feeling deeply relaxed, ready for a great night’s sleep.

If it’s been a long, hot ‘n’ stressful summer, now’s your chance to let it go. To take some time out – from work, from family, from responsibilities – and reconnect with yourself during a weekend yoga and meditation staycation.

In the tranquil grounds of An Villa, we’ll enjoy a variety of yoga classes: energising flow, healing yin and deeply restorative yoga. Plus grounding meditation/breathwork sessions and other mindfulness techniques that focus on your physical and mental wellbeing. Tools you can take with you when it’s time to (reluctantly!) re-enter the outside world.

Use this alone time to recharge and restore after a long summer. Because guess what? You deserve it!

Introducing: a one-night yoga and meditation staycation. In the peaceful grounds of Hoi An’s AN Villa, you can find a safe space away from the stresses of the world outside,  to ‘retreat’ into yourself.

It’s been a challenging few months, and you’re bound to have felt anxious at some point – or to still feel stressed about your loved ones now. You may need some time alone to reflect on this feelings, and to learn tools to help you cope with times of stress.
