Jan / Feb, 2027 → Hoi An, Vietnam. Dates released soon!
Hoi An, Vietnam awaits. Cycle through rice fields, drink fresh coconuts on the beach, and wander the lantern-lit lanes of the UNESCO-listed Old Town – with a week-long retreat of yoga and mindfulness to bring you back to yourself.
You keep showing up – for work, for family, for life – but lately, it feels like you’re running on empty.
Even when you try to rest, your mind doesn’t slow down. The constant hum of stress, the low-level anxiety, the overthinking…it’s exhausting, right?!
And you can’t help but wonder: Is this how life is supposed to feel?
Somewhere along the way, between responsibilities, expectations, and all the endless “doing,” you’ve drifted away from yourself.
From your intuition, the information your body’s telling you.
And you don’t need another self-help book or a quick fix.
You just need space. Stillness. Connection.
(Or maybe you’re doing fine – but you want a peaceful escape. A chance to eat delicious food, meet like-minded people, and connect with nature. Well, this retreat is for you, too!)
Your week-long sanctuary, a safe and grounding space for anyone who needs to slow down, reconnect, and find peace again.
Nestled among Hoi An’s lush rice fields, perched on the riverside among coconut trees and just 10 minutes from the beach, this retreat blends gentle yoga and mindfulness practices with self-reflection and self-discovery…guiding you back to greater balance, inner peace, and clarity.
You wake to birdsong and the rustle of palm leaves.
In a bamboo shala overlooking the Co Co River, you breathe, stretch, and flow through a morning practice that meets you exactly where you are.
No pressure. No comparison. Just presence.
By afternoon, you’re journaling by the pool, feeling spacious, inspired, and more like yourself. Join a mindfulness workshop, wander on a photo tour, learn to cook Vietnamese favourites… or simply rest in the villa’s tropical garden.
As the sun sinks behind the palms, you close your day with grounding yin yoga and yoga nidra, supported by a soothing sound bath that deepens your relaxation.
Psst…Take a sneak peek of paradise below!
Your days on retreat are filled with nourishing meals, sharing stories, exploring the ancient town, and cycling through some seriously pretty countryside.
By immersing yourself in beauty, and with regular yoga and mindfulness practices, you’ll notice that you naturally start to slow down, tune in, and feel at peace…maybe for the first time in years.
Each day focuses on your wellbeing: with practical tools to help you carry the peace, gratitude, and joy from the retreat back into your everyday life.
Whether you want to become physically stronger, to feel more emotionally regulated, or simply to make new friends and enjoy stunning Hoi An, our transformational week together will provide the kind of lessons – and memories – that last a lifetime.

Perfect. You don’t need to be. This retreat meets you where you are and suits all levels. For me, yoga is about function over form…so it’s not how a pose looks, it’s how it feels that matters!
That’s exactly why you need this. Trust me, you may find that taking even a week to pause now may give you back years of clarity, energy, and peace. What’s more, you’ll learn simple practices so you can take mindful pauses throughout your day: with less rushing from place to place and more connection to the present.
You won’t. Every woman who joins probably feels the same at first…yet by the end of the week, you’ll have found your tribe, maybe even a few soul sisters for life!
You’ll go home with simple, 5 or 10-minute mindfulness rituals that’ll fit beautifully into your daily life. It’s about consistency over quantity…and you’ll be amazed at the difference a few mindful minutes can make a day!
We’ve purposefully scheduled these retreats to be on the shoulder of summer season…meaning you’ll be pretty much guaranteed beautiful, sunny days, minimal rainfall and the chance to explore Hoi An when it isn’t overly hot. Phew!
This retreat isn’t about escaping life. It’s about remembering how beautiful it can be.
You’ve given so much to everyone else. Now, it’s time to give yourself the same levels of care, compassion, and attention.
