A $500 deposit is required to secure your spot for the retreat.
The full balance is due by March 17th, 2026 (for the May retreat) and July 13th, 2026 (for the September retreat).
If you prefer to pay in installments, please contact us to arrange a payment plan.
In case of cancellation by the participant for personal reasons, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel within two months of the retreat, the full balance (including accommodation) is due.
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure (e.g., government restrictions, health emergencies, etc.), the deposit and any payments made will be transferred to a future retreat of your choice (valid until the end of 2027).
If the retreat is postponed due to force majeure, the deposit will either be transferred to a future retreat or refunded. Any balance payments made at two months prior to the retreat will be fully refunded.
If the retreat is cancelled by the organiser, the full amount will be refunded. However, indirect costs (such as flights, hotels, etc.) are not covered by the organisers. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain travel insurance to cover these costs.
If you decide to leave the retreat for any reason after it has started, no refund will be offered.
Full payment is required two months before the retreat starts (either March 17th or July 13th, 2026).
