YOGA FOR SELF-CARE

In times of stress, we need to look after ourselves – physically, mentally and emotionally – so that we can better look after our communities. ‍

This 6-week online course (starting Tuesday, March 31st) will help you practise that self-care, which is so vital for your health (yet so easy to neglect!)

Hosted by me privately on Zoom, the course includes:

  • A Gentle Flow class every Tuesday morning (8am-9am, Indochina time: ICT)
  • A Grounding Yin class every Thursday (5pm-6pm ICT; 11am-12pm GMT) ‍
