I’m a first-time mum – well, I will be in 3 months’ time! And I recently used my second trimester energy rush to do my Prenatal Yoga teacher training.
I’ve always loved yoga – I’ve practised and taught it for years – but I never realised how special prenatal yoga could be.
FYI: Prenatal Yoga is more than a few stretches!
Sure, it offers modifications from your usual practice, or teaches you safe ways to move into poses if you’re new to yoga. But it’s so much more.
My weekly prenatal classes aim to help you feel good, at all stages of pregnancy! Whether you’re flying through your 2nd trimester or feeling fatigued in your 3rd, these classes will free up space – in your body and mind.
I accept students from 14+ weeks – but if you have a regular yoga practice, and your doctor says it’s ok, you’re welcome to join earlier. Classes arae for all levels; beginners welcome.
Note: Classes are online (for now) due to COVID restrictions. But prenatal yoga is an amazing chance to connect with other new mamas – so let’s build that community onscreen!
