Why Prenatal Yoga?

I’m a first-time mum – well, I will be in 3 months’ time! And I recently used my second trimester energy rush to do my Prenatal Yoga teacher training.

I’ve always loved yoga – I’ve practised and taught it for years – but I never realised how special prenatal yoga could be.

FYI: Prenatal Yoga is more than a few stretches!

Sure, it offers modifications from your usual practice, or teaches you safe ways to move into poses if you’re new to yoga. But it’s so much more.

Prenatal yoga helps you:

  • Connect with your body in a new way
  • Create space for both you and your growing baby
  • Energise, strengthen and learn to relax the pelvic floor
  • Discover poses to relieve pressure during labour
  • Use your breath to switch into the parasympathetic, ‘calm & connected’ state
  • Bond with your baby in a very special way
  • Tap into your unique feminine energy
  • Feel empowered about pregnancy, labour and motherhood
  • Remember that you are a birthing GODDESS!

Why Prenatal Yoga?

  • Save your spot at least 24 hours in advance
  • Classes are via Zoom: I’ll send you a link after booking
