I teach yoga, meditation and mindfulness techniques in Hoi An, Vietnam. With classes now online due to COVID restrictions, I hope to create a safe space and a welcoming community – so we can share across screens, and around the world.
My classes can be slow and grounding, or energising and uplifting. They focus on moving mindfully – because practising with awareness is what truly connects us with our own breath, body and mind.

I’m in my third trimester with my first child – and recently did my prenatal training with Battersea Yoga.
Yoga and mindfulness have brought me a healthy, happy and calm pregnancy. I also learned practical ways to stay curious and release stress – which will serve me in motherhood, too. 😉
